Lisa Harper is the founder of Beyond the Call VA, a thriving virtual assistant agency supporting busy entrepreneurs with admin, social media and client management.

Lisa’s journey began in the hair and beauty industry, where she built a successful freelance business while studying for a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with the Open University. When the pandemic hit in 2020, Lisa’s resilience and adaptability led her to pivot – transforming her skills in organisation, communication and business management into a new venture.
