Located in the very heart of Edinburgh’s Georgian New Town, The Dome incorporates 4 conference rooms and 2 private dining suites as well as it’s famous bars and restaurants.

The former banking hall, The Grill Room, has been meticulously preserved retaining all the original Georgian architecture. Edinburgh’s most grand brasserie, The Grill Room serves our timeless a la carte menu.

Afternoon Tea at The Dome is a firm favourite with locals and a must-do if visiting the city. Classic sandwiches, scones and tea cakes on silver stands. Silver tea pots and crisp white linen, a Dome Afternoon Tea is one of life’s easily-affordable luxuries.

Our event and private dining facilities provide relaxing and comfortable surroundings for a variety of events including seminars, conferences, training courses and product launches. With purpose designed spaces to accommodate intimate confidential meetings of 2 delegates up to AGM conferences to seat 50 delegates.

Our private dining spaces provides luxurious surroundings for private lunches and dinners, wedding meals and civil partnership celebrations. A range of menu options is available paired with an excellent Wine List and a premium range of drink options.​
