Description
Eden Mill was founded in 2012, reviving the lost art of distilling in St Andrews and putting the town back on the map as a world-class distilling destination. In October 2025, we opened the doors to our brand-new distillery and visitor centre, perched on the banks of the River Eden overlooking St Andrews, just seven minutes from the town centre. Our multi-award-winning portfolio of gins and Scotch whiskies is crafted on site, and our copper stills and production floors give every visit and every event a genuine sense of craft and heritage.
We offer flexible spaces for every occasion, from an intimate Distiller’s Lab for 8 to full distillery hire for 150+, including our Lookout Bar with panoramic views across the Eden Estuary and St Andrews skyline. Catering can be tailored to suit your event, from canapés and drinks receptions to working lunches and formal private dining, alongside guided gin and whisky tastings, cocktail masterclasses, and our very own golf simulator. With on-site parking and direct transport links from Dundee, Edinburgh and Leuchars, Eden Mill is the perfect blend of business and pleasure, the Spirit of St Andrews.
